Ingredients For the Bowl: ½ ripe avocado, sliced ½ cup roasted sweet potatoes, cubed ½ cup cooked taco-seasoned ground beef ½ cup cottage cheese 1–2 teaspoons hot honey (or honey mixed with chili flakes) For the Taco Beef: ½ pound lean ground beef 1 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon cumin ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon onion powder Salt and black pepper, to taste Optional: squeeze of fresh lime juice Instructions Roast Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
