What a brilliant band - I don`t care how you call it. Hendrix inspired stoner whatever ....

This is Rock as it should be. Exiting, sometimes dangerous and blistering!
And it sounds as if it was invented yesterday.

I own Wooden House and Nemesis. and I just ordered the other CDs (over Ama.. - ouch!).

  2. Glimmer
    by The Otolith
    Strange? Strange!

NEVER heard something like this. And I praise them for this! Inspiring sound!
  3. The Futureworks Sessions
    by Ritual King
Ritual King are not sound innovators - but they are far away from "just oldschool": They like the seventies, the sabbath vibe, and some Stoner eruptions, that seems true. What I like on this band are mainly two thinges: First: They create a new "Wizards brew" out of the old ingrindents, which is inspiring and they really can create Mindscapes. This band means it, this band lives their music. And what a fresh live sound. More! Much more!

  7. Elixir
    by Ritual King
Ritual King‘s Music isn‘t new, right? BUT it is full of bombastic riffs, sounding like they invented this kind of stuff right now. AND they know how to write songs witch stay in your ears. This band is here to stay!

Josiah is a mystery. It´s not about "the occult" - at least not alone. It's about "the Vibes"! Josiah is rooted deep in a sabbathian swamp. But you can't really "clone the Sabbath" - you just can copy it a bit).

Josiah is capable to create an own musical universe. No - that's`s not overrated. This one is not a replay of earlier Josiah issues. The one song you can hear right now puts a smile on my face. A satisfied heavy smile. I pray for more to come!

    Wild Fuzz Trip! Nuff said!
  11. Jimbo Stone
    by Wild Fuzz Trip

Vinyl - Streaming. I'm just lost beetween.

The music is BIG Stuff - Nuff said again!
  12. Gozu - Digital Only
    by GOZU
I remember the feeling at the age of 14, first listening to "Not fragile" of BTO. Such Heavyness, such groove, such sheer Power. No. GOZU aren`t BTO - no way to say it ist the same kind of music. But GOZU have given me the same feeling. It´s not an easy task to get an 62 yerar old man feel this GROOVE again.
Listen to the new CD "Remedy" or the prequelle "Equilibrium" and "Revival"
GOZU are .. GOZU - HIGH AND MIGHTY. If you are feeling down - their music is a game changer - Trust me on that!
  13. Interstellar Voodoo
    by Wild Fuzz Trip
I loved Wild Fuzz trip (Surreal Surroundigs and Distant planet - got the CDs!). And I was deep into Saint Karloff (Heed the .... and Interstellar voodoo). So I was a litle bit confused: Why this cover-Version? I realized this is a deep felt tribute.

Thank the lord they recorded it (Both Wild Fuzz and Karloff). Because it is simply brilliant in both versions.

Being an BOF i wish I had this on CD.

Besides: Please Fuzzguys: Record more of you stuff! Much more!

  14. Canyyn
    by Canyyn
NO! This is NOT another Retro-band. This is High and Mighty through and through. Yes, it has its roots, mainly in the Sabbath (and Blue Cheer Cactus?). But it is a melody sledgehammer that just burns your metal head away. Not because of the heavyness - but the GROOVE it has.

And that is exaktly what other bands are missing.

Canyyn will be huge ... or not at all.

    More music, please!
  15. Yellow Sea
    by Wormhog
Wormhog are simply brilliant. Period. They have all the old heavy 70ties roots but a very distinguished and persuasive own sound. Can´t get enough. Can`t also wait for a second issue. Big Rock!

Will we ever get more of this stuff?
  16. Rather with the Devil
    by Cripta Blue
How dare you!? To realease such a Riffmonster. If you tried to make me addicted ... you won!

When will you gig in Germany?
  17. Palo Verde
    by Psychlona
  18. Mondo Trasho
    by The Death Wheelers
Why do i love this album?

Because it´s from the mighty Death Wheelers. Excelsior!

    Nuff said!
  19. Mathew's Hidden Museum
    by Mathew's Hidden Museum
It`s strange. And marvelous. And magic. Every song is a finely crafted universe of its own. Reminds me of... let's say of Browns Kingdom Come, not musically. It gives me just the same feelings. New! Improved! by Blue Cheer, OK, not musically. But the atmosphere ist there. Can't take it out of my player. Sounds strange ? I told you so!
