Sandu Tarlev is a photojournalist born in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova in 1986. Beginning with a career in videography and television, Tarlev eventually began to pursue photography professionally in 2014. The photographer’s works have been featured in several online publications from Moldova and Romania.
