Our forests boast over 4,000 varieties of fungi. You can discover at least a hundred of them on our wild mushroom spotting tours, guided by mycologists who are well-versed in finding specific varieties. Mushroom hunting can be combined with a culinary interest, concluding the day with a mushroom meal. The most popular edible mushrooms are various Boletus and Chanterelles.
