Gerald Lostracco was a judge for the 35th Circuit Court in Shiawassee County, Michigan. He joined the court in 1985.[1] He retired on December 31, 2014.[2]

Education

Lostracco received his undergraduate degree from University of Denver and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law.[3]

Career

Lostracco has worked as a private practice lawyer for the firm of Hoy and Lostracco, as a Shiawassee County prosecuting attorney, and for the Estate and Gift Tax Division of the Internal Revenue Service. He joined the circuit court bench in 1985.[1]
