David Brearley
David Brearley was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was nominated by President George Washington on September 25, 1789. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 25, 1789, and received commission on September 26, 1789. He served until his death on August 16, 1790.[1] Brearley was succeeded in this position by Robert Morris.
