David Hayes Kincheloe (1877-1950) was a federal judge on the United States Customs Court.

Kincheloe was nominated to the USCC by President Herbert Hoover. He was confirmed on September 22, 1931. He assumed senior status on April 30, 1948, and served in that capacity until his death on April 16, 1950.[1]
