Idaho Increase of Corporation Stock, HJR 10 (1966)

The Idaho Increase of Corporation Stock Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 10, was on the November 8, 1966 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided that stock of corporations can only be increased with the consent of the majority of stockholders of that particular class of stock.[1][2]
