Norman Ramsey
Norman Park Ramsey (1922-1993) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.[1]
Ramsey was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on July 25, 1980, to a seat vacated by Charles Blair; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 29, 1980, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on November 1, 1991, and retired on September 30, 1992.[1] Ramsey was succeeded in this position by Alexander Williams.
