Renee Toliver
Renee H. Toliver is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She has served in this position since 2010.[1]

Toliver received a B.A. from Howard University in 1981 and a J.D. from the University of Texas Law School in 1994.[1]
