Woodrow Seals
Woodrow Bradley Seals (1917-1990) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Seals was nominated to the Southern District of Texas by President Lyndon Johnson on June 28, 1966, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 22, 1966, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on December 25, 1982. He served the Southern District of Texas until his death on October 27, 1990.[1] Seals was succeeded in this position by Ricardo Hinojosa.
