Walter Craig
Walter Early Craig (1909-1986) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Craig was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on August 26, 1963, to a seat vacated by Arthur Davis; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 25, 1963, and received his commission on October 2, 1963. From 1973-1979, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on October 1, 1979. He served the District of Arizona until his death on June 29, 1986.[1] Craig was succeeded in this position by Charles Hardy.
