W. Kenneth Zuk
W. Kenneth Zuk was a judge on the Clermont County Municipal Court in Ohio. He was appointed to the court by former Governor Ted Strickland in January 2011. He ran for election to his appointed seat in the November 2011 election but was defeated by George Pattison.[1][2]
Education
Zuk received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University and his J.D. from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.[3]

Zuk has served in the following positions:
- 2011-2012: Appointed judge, Clermont County Municipal Court[4]
- 2009-2010: Appointed judge, Clermont County Court of Common Pleas
- 1987-1996: Judge, Clermont County Municipal Court, Ohio
- Assistant Public Defender, Clermont County
- Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Clermont County[3]
Elections
2012 election
Zuk ran for a seat on the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas. He was defeated by incumbent Jerry R. McBride in the general election on November 6, 2012.[5][6]
2011 election
Zuk ran for his appointed seat on the Clermont County Municipal Court. He was defeated by George Pattison in the general election on November 8, receiving only 48.89% of the vote.[2]

2010 election
Zuk ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. He was defeated by Richard P. Ferenc in the general election.[7]
