The following weapons deal Cold damage as part of their regular attacks.

Consumables
The following consumable items can be used to deal Cold damage. In the case of arrows, the damage is in addition to the attacker's regular ranged weapon damage.
- Arrow of Ice: Deal +2d4Cold in an area. DEX Save (DC 12) to negate.
Interactions
- Snowburst Ring: Upon dealing cold damage, create Ice around the target.
- Winter's Clutches: Upon dealing cold damage, inflict Encrusted with Frost.
- Robe of Summer, Icebite Robe, and Wavemother's Robe: Gain resistance to cold.
- Necklace of Elemental Augmentation: When dealing cold damage with a cantrip, adds the spellcasting modifier to the damage.
- Mourning Frost: When dealing Cold damage, the wielder deals an additional 1Cold.
- Wet surfaces such as Water, Oil, Acid, etc. temporarily become Ice upon receiving cold damage, but it always melts back into Water.
