3 ingredients you can't extract

I was really confused in my laat playthrough why I could not extract the worg fang I had found (lover of bloodlust elixir) and I decided to keep track of what else might interact. I found out that there are 3 items that work the same way but none of them can combine in any order! No clue if its bugged or what but they are: Worg fang, Spidersilk sack, Heart-Shaped rock.
