Wrank is easily my favourite Mastiff release which, unlike more recent releases that have strong leanings to a black metal sound (not my taste), is packed full of sludgy doomy riffs with a hardcore edge and an extraordinarily dynamic and powerful vocal delivery (listen to Lord of the Worm, and Leeches, for example). If you have ever wondered what it feels like to be repeatedly bludgeoned in the face with a club hammer then you have found your answer here.
