These four tracks stand up on their own despite being songs that didn't make it onto the album, they're that good!
This EP drips with energy, it has brilliant instrumentalisation and amazing vocals with chunky riffs all-round, great Stoner/Doom release with plenty of beautiful fuzz! Venombullet666
ooooh they've got to free the witch
if anyone has read Bernard Cornwall's Warlord series, this album evokes such a immersive and epic atmosphere from that dark age time peroid that free the witch just makes me think of Nimue, the once lover and then mad, god touched antagonist of the entire series Hasbuzza
Wrank is easily my favourite Mastiff release which, unlike more recent releases that have strong leanings to a black metal sound (not my taste), is packed full of sludgy doomy riffs with a hardcore edge and an extraordinarily dynamic and powerful vocal delivery (listen to Lord of the Worm, and Leeches, for example). If you have ever wondered what it feels like to be repeatedly bludgeoned in the face with a club hammer then you have found your answer here. Master of Alchemy
