We are currently looking for a wholesale operator currently trading in fruit & veg, fish or meat, working with a supply  chain that is not readily available in central London.

Secure location with electric roller  shutters
HGV access on adjacent roadway (Winchester  Walk)
Five year lease
Rent subject to negotiation on permitted use  clause
Service charge subject to negotiation on opening hours and permitted  use. 
Wholesale trading hours subject to negotiation: 21:00 to 07:00 or 24  hours
