Later 1995 -2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 – Classics and Nomads (Nomads run different exhausts so some modifications may be necessary)

We’ve found the bikes with carburetors may have a different frame under the seat. Before purchasing, be sure to send us a picture of your bike under the seat.

For years, people have been asking us to design kits for the Vulcan 1500’s. It’s the first part of January 2023 and we finally have the kits ready to go.

Why have a big bore bobber? After all, bobbers aren’t for long haul riding. Well, we can tell you there is something special about all the torque and sound of these big honkers. Plus, once you strip off that heavy stuff like bags, windshields etc., they aren’t all that heavy. The Vulcan 1500’s make an excellent platform for a fun, custom machine. There are a ton of nice used ones for sale and they are designed to go a ton of miles.

We did ours up with the stock gas tank colors and complimented it with the graphics and mustard yellow fenders. We wanted to show how easy and fun it is to come up with something super special without robbing the bank. The sky is the limit when it comes to the fun stuff you can do. We can’t wait to see how yours turns out??

The Conversion is fun and simple. Everything can be done with the bike on its kickstand. Once you cut and remove the stock passenger fender supports, everything just bolts into place. We include a cutting template to make the cuts.
