1979 Schwinn Sting

here is 2 sting nos frames I found in my local Schwinn dealers back room! they used to put the frames out on display every year around Christmas they also had a blue frame someone else got that one before me! I never thought they would sell them (the dealership owner was very proud of the frames) people tried to buy the frames for years, one day I was hanging out at the shop I asked dave if he would sell me the red sting he said he would let me know a little while later he called me and said to stop be the shop, when I got there he had both frames sitting on the shelf! he said I could buy the chrome one also! he finally was ready to sell his babies! he had kept the frames for around 30 years unbuilt. I do not know if I should build these or not I have been hanging them at my shop for years what do you guys think?
