Work
I'm narrowing focus and doing fewer things, but more deliberately. The common theme is working closer to the browser and understanding how large organizations make decisions about how they work. I'm doing some preparation for broader ownership in that space. There's more to say on that later.
Writing
Writing less frequently, with more emphasis on systems and bottlenecks. When I do write, it's more about how decisions play out over time.
Learning
Spending time on foundational product work: talking to users, trying to get better at asking questions and spotting patterns across interviews and surveys.
Life
Winter in Berlin: getting outside a lot with my family in the snow. I've also been digitizing paperwork and tightening backups (NAS + photos) so future-me has fewer problems.
