In this... | By Allrecipes | 'tis the season to party and I've got the only five recipes you need when you get the invitation to that next potluck. I've got sweet, savory, everything in between, and a good surprise one at the end. I'm starting with a fun flavorful one, the Fritos Corn Salad. You can't just have a million potato salads and coleslaws. This one offers all the flavor and delightful crunch and it starts with canned corn so you know it's going to be easy. If you're making this in the heat of the summer and corn is super cheap and available, you can totally use fresh corn. I'm just trying to keep things really easy today. Drain the corn. Alright, then you grab a few fresh components to jazz it up and give you that delightful crunch. You can add in whatever veggies you want to. I'm going in with red bell pepper. This recipe in particular was made famous by a creator on TikTok and since then, I've seen tons of people recreate it and kind of put their own twist on it. I'm going to take the seeds out because if you're going to a potluck, you want to kind of appeal to everybody. This still offers the great flavor without all the heat. I'm going to do about half a bunch of cilantro. So, I'm just going to do about a quarter of a red onion. Okay, that to prep. This whole thing can come together in about 10 minutes. So, if you get that last minute invite, here's the one to bring. Just dumping everything into a bowl and I'll add in our drained corn. For the dressing, it's similar to that of street corn. You know, it's got the street corn buds. I like a combo of mayonnaise and sour cream. I feel like the sour cream kind of cuts some of the richness. Okay, and then a little lime juice and then you're going to get some seasoning from the Fritos. So, I'm just going to do a little salt and pepper. Yum. A whole bag or two cups of shredded cheese. I'm using a Mexican blend cheese. If you're making this for the potluck, you're ready to go. You're just going to keep it like this and then just before you get there, just before you serve is when you add the Fritos. This is the one that's going to be the hit. It's like taco salad, street corn mixed together. Let's give her a taste. Yeah, just dig in. Oh my god, look. You dig in, you come right out with the perfect bite. It's got it all. Juicy corn, creamy cheese, crunchy chips, I hate when I start out with something so good because I don't know if I'm going to be able to top it. So good. You can crunch a few more fritos on top or just a little sprinkle of cilantro. Stick a spoon in it and call it a day. What a spread. What a spread. There is no need to overthink it next time you're invited to the potluck and try to decide what to bring. We've got something new, different, full of flavor, crowd pleasers. No one's going to have the same dishes you if you bring one of these.

1.5M views · 6.6K reactions | The only hotdog recipe you need | The only hotdog recipe you need Brian L makes a bacon wrapped hotdog dinner with a barbecue sauce glaze This original video was produced by Network... | By Kiera | So here at the bottom of our greased baking sheet we're taking these are the Ballpark hotdogs. You're going to want to go ahead and spread them out. Look what I picked up. So this is a center cut Oscar Meyer bacon. You never had the center cut bacon before. It just has a little bit more flavor and I find that it is a tiny bit more fatty. So we're just going to be taking every hotdog we have here and start wrapping it in bacon. So I don't know about you guys but anytime I get to make a bacon wrapped recipe it it is always a good time. So just go ahead and do it real easy. You can see that it just takes a few swirls and they stay in place. So, once you have them all wrapped up, you just kind of want to make sure that they have some room between them. I do have my oven preheating at 400 degrees. So, I'm just going to wash my hands real quick. So next, we're going to grab some barbecue sauce. I like using this Kansas City one. It's a super bold one which is my favorite barbecue sauce and we're just going to do a slight little drizzle right on top of all of these. So, this barbecue sauce is absolutely a must for this recipe. We're going to spread it over the hotdogs and it is going to add so much flavor and give a nice glaze to the bacon as well. So, once you have a good amount on there, just go ahead and take your brush and like just lightly brush it right on across. You just want to make sure you get an even layer across all of these. So these are ready for the oven. So this is going to go into the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Make sure to flip it halfway through. So now that our hotdogs are almost ready, we're going to take a bacon dish and here I have some hotdog buns. So I'm using these are the the brioche style which are really good. I think the brioche buns are made with butter so they just have a lot more flavor. We're just going to be spreading these across. You can just fit as many as you like. We're just going to toast these up. So I'm just going to quickly put these at the very bottom. Spread them open a little bit. Yeah these feel a little bit more soft than like regular hotdog buns. So now they're all spread out. Here I have a tiny bit of butter. So we're just going to pour some butter in there. So when we toast these, these can get nice and crispy and it is going to be perfect for our hotdogs that we got cooking up. There we go. So, I don't know about you guys but I can't have my hotdogs without cheese. We're going to pick up this triple cheddar blend. We're going to be placing this right on the inside. You can do as much or as little cheese or even do the cheese at the very end. So, I'm doing it like this just so the cheese can get nice and melted because that is my favorite way to eat hotdogs. I'm just going to do these last two real quick and then so the I am going to stick this into the 400-degree oven. This is going to be in there for maybe about five to 10 minutes. We just really want the buns to get a little bit warm and the cheese to cook up. And these are ready. You can see that we got the cheese all nice and melted which is exactly what we want. So here to the side got our bacon wrapped hotdogs and look at these So the cool thing about baking these in the oven is that they do get a little bit crispy. And these hotdogs are going to taste so amazing. You can see that we got the barbecue glaze on there. And I'm just going to leave these like this. You can do like a relish or mayo, mustard, anything you want really. But I think with the barbecue glaze and the flavor of the bacon and the cheese. This is going to be enough for me. Look at this one. This looks so perfect. Alright. I'm so excited to taste these. There's something so satisfying about a good old fashioned hotdog. This is a little warm though so you. Sorry my mouth is full. This barbecue glaze on the top is the best thing ever. Mm.
