Angela Morrison on Instagram: "Marbling fondant using buttercream. 1.- Roll out fondant 2.- Randomly apply buttercream to the fondant. I use American buttercream and haven’t tried other kinds yet. The fondant doesn’t get sticky nor it changes its consistency. 3.- Scrap off all of the buttercream 4.- Twist the buttercream 3-6 times depending on how integrated you want the colors to be 5.- Roll out the fondant again, this time neatly.   The fondant should not be sticky or present any moisture due to the buttercream, if it does, it’s because the buttercream wasn’t totally scrapped.
