Happy Sunday 😊 Here is this week’s morning intentions as part of our year of weekly morning intentions (which you can start any time you want by the way). On a given morning, you can sit quietly for two minutes, repeating this intention silently in your mind as if you were meditating (we choose Sundays). This weekly ritual has personally helped reduce unnecessary stress in my life by reminding me to keep things simple, peaceful, and in perspective.

“Waking up early”. Isn't that single sentence terrific? You will have to leave your comfy bed and pull up yourself out of the bed while your eyes plead you to shut them. Aren't these the things that make us sleep an extra hour? You can obey them and go back to bed.
