All you need to do is crush finely 300g oreo cookies take out 2 tbsp( for cream) Add 70ml milk and mix with spatula until dough firms.
Put baking paper, oreo dough, and one more baking paper sheet on top and roll it out until around half cm thick.
for cream ,mix until smooth 270ml double cream, 1tbsp icing sugar and few drops of vanilla, mix until smooth,
add 2 tbsp oreo biscuits and mix until combined, put cream on rolled oreo dough, spread it evenly.
roll up the dough and place it
in the freezer for 1 hour.
Drizzle with melted chocolate decorate with cream and oreo cookies,
