Ka’ak El Eid

2 1/2 pounds of flour or 8 cups of pastry flour alternative all purpose flour
1 1/2 pounds of sugar or 3 3/4 of a cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast
2 cups of ghee or clarified butter
1-2 Tbsp of ka’ak spice
1/4 cup of sesame seed
2 tablespoons of aniseed
1 cup of warm evaporated milk 
1 cup of warm milk

Warm your milks up, then add yeast and set aside. 
In large bowl add the flour, sugar, ka’ak spice, aniseed, sesame seed,and ghee.  Mix this with your hands until the dough is flaky like a pastry. Then add in the warm milk with yeast mixture.
