We're done with "Somewhere in France" dollhouse! This is a commission for Sharon in Australia. This house has a long trip home! This house is 24" across x 24 1/2" tall without the chimneys. The chimneys are a couple of inches tall and are not glued on for shipping. And it's 21 1/2" deep + 3" or so for the front porch floor which is also not glued on so the house can fit in the box. The Fairy Godmother's Cottage is my newly completed custom dollhouse. This house is a 1/12 scale. It's 18 1/4" tall x 16 1/2" deep x 16 3/4" across. The pumpkin is ready out front! I made the little toadstool mushrooms from air dry clay. The house is covered with concrete and plaster for the walls. I wanted The Sweet Life dollhouse to be a super cozy place with lots of vintage charm. To welcome you home, I made a little front yard. This house is 18 1/2" tall x 15" wide x 14" deep. I made little pavers out of concrete. Use water to dip your knife or spatula to shape your stone. It will help things not stick. Same principle as icing.
