Ingredients: 
Hung curd 
Paneer 
Besan 
Chopped onions and green chilli 
Chopped cashews and raisins 
Salt and black pepper 
Red chilli flakes 
Tip: Add a bit of powdered sugar if your curd tastes a bit sour to balance out the taste 

You can even spice up the breadcrumbs before coating the kebabs to ensure maximum flavour - just add black pepper and chilli flakes to your breadcrumb mix and then coat the kebabs.
