Seeraga samba rice-1 cup 
Coconut milk-1/2 cup 
Water-1&1/4
Fenugreek leaves-1/2 of a bunch 
Onions-1 sliced 
Tomato’s-1 sliced 
Green peas-1/4 cup
Oil-1&1//2 tablespoon 
Ghee-1&1/2 tablespoon 
Fennel seeds-1 teaspoon 
Bay leaf-1 
Marathimoggu-1 
Cardamom-3 
Cinnamon-1 
Kasuri methi-1 teaspoon 
Salt as required 

For grinding: 
Fennel seeds-2 teaspoon 
Ginger-1/2 piece 
Garlic-4 
Green chilies-3-4 
Mint leaves-1/2 cup 
Coriander-1/2 cup 

Steps: 
1. Wash samba rice and soak them for 20 mins. Also wash fenugreek leaves well after blanching them and run in water multiple times to get it off from dirt.
