Munn Architecture has rehabilitated this historic lake house retreat built in the early 1900s on the serene shores of Grand Lake, Colorado.

It has always been my dream to own a house on a lake, but I didn't think I would get it this soon! We found the perfect location, but the place needed a lot of work.
