Egg sandwiches:
Toasted English muffins (I had 18)
18 eggs whisked with 1/2-3/4 cup milk and S&P to taste
American cheese slices
Ham slices

(Bake eggs in a jelly roll pan at 350° for 16-18 minutes. Slice)

For sausage pancake sandwiches:
Pancake batter
Cinnamon roll filling (4 T melted butter, 4-6 T brown sugar, 1/2 t cinnamon)
Sausage Patties
Drizzle cinnamon roll filling in or over pancake batter
Place sausage patty between 2 pancakes

Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 weeks.

To heat: microwave 30-40 seconds (in paper) from fridge or 60-90 seconds from freezer.
