Chia seeds get a bad rap, but I’ve been making this on repeat and it’s been helping my digestion immensely

I’ll eat it as a snack or add extra protein to turn it into a bigger meal. You can add protein powder/greek yogurt into it or serve with sausage/eggs/beef etc.
