You’ll need

Prosciutto slices
Bocconcini
Chopped peach
Basil leaves
Balsamic glaze

1- Fold the prosciutto slices in a square and place on a muffin tray. Push them down with your fingers to form a cup.
2- Bake on 200C for 10 minutes or until they feel firm to the touch.
3- Once the prosciutto cups cool, place 1 bocconcini in each followed by chopped peach.
4- Garnish with basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Enjoy!✨
