Summer breeze quilt

I finished my Summer Breeze 2 quilt last week and failed to take pictures until today. I used a Missouri Star Tutorial , Double Slice Lay...

Had left over fabric from Mom's quilt and wanted to use it up. So I made another double slice layer cake pattern. Quilted it myself with the edge to edge program from Ameliescott. Worked great on my brand new Brother VM 5100.

This is my first major quilt, completely inspired by and made for my mom. Her favorite colors are blue and yellow and she loves to garden so the Summer Breeze line by Moda Fabrics was perfect!
