🥩 Ohmi-Gyu Beef Steak (Japan) Ingredients:
2 Ohmi-gyu beef steaks (or Wagyu beef)
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
Directions:
Season Steak: Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
Sear the Steak: Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Sear steaks for 2–3 minutes per side.
Add Butter & Garlic: Lower heat, add butter and garlic, and baste the steak for another 2 minutes.
Rest & Serve: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes…
