I learned that plants that just have foliage (i.e. lamb’s ear, coral bells, coleus, hosta, sweet potato vine) and perennials that have beautiful foliage when they aren’t blooming (peony, allium, sedum) are key. 2. Plant for all seasons. For each garden space, have plants that will shine in at least 3 of the 4 seasons. And across all of your garden spaces, plant for all 4 seasons.
3. A small garden doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have large plants Perenial Garden, Iowa Garden, Perennial Garden Plans, All 4 Seasons, The 4 Seasons, Porch Landscaping, Sweet Potato Vine, Coastal House, Sometimes People
