Nathan, this looks like it comes from canonical/firefox-snap 3b14600 ("Build-depend on npm.") -- npm is Architecture: all, so npm:arm64 can't be installed. Could you take a look?

This is a very different one, the test is running on core22. We no longer have snaps on core22, so this should be removed. I think we should open a new bug to track that, correct?

I filed Bug 2071776 for the snaps that run on core22.

The severity field for this bug is set to S4. However, the following bug duplicate has higher severity:
