On all platforms we're seeing issues with accelerated layers on only on http://2011.beercamp.com/. When you zoom in by scrolling downward, the edges of the screen don't get properly repainted. Nominating for blocking.
This page uses -moz-transform; the source is here: http://2011.beercamp.com/js/scripts.js?v06
The resulting artifacts on Windows are easy to miss and only appear with hardware accelerated layers turned on. This screenshot has a couple examples of them outlined in red so you know what to look for.

This seems to have gotten worse over this range: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=b5314bc1a926&tochange=0e50480c408f However the problem is more subtle, but noticeable before this range.
Perhaps the texture wrap mode is wrong when doing component alpha compositing?
This sounds like bug 630835 and bug 622585
http://www.googleaxis.com/ appears to suffer from the same rendering bugs as the beercamp site on Windows 7 for me (artifacts around the edges of transformed elements), and it looks like it uses -moz-transform to me.
Looks like this is fixed on mac by bug 622585. Please reopen this if it isn't fixed in tonight's nightly.

This might depend on bug 635373 as well.
