Supports Circle’s investor relations function by managing analyst and investor relationships, maintaining valuation and consensus models, preparing earnings and public company communications, coordinating earnings logistics, and improving IR reporting infrastructure. The role translates financial, operational, strategic, and industry developments into clear investor messaging while collaborating with finance, legal, communications, strategy, marketing, and product teams.

Design, build, and maintain blockchain and payments infrastructure; develop scalable microservices and secure RESTful APIs to transfer value across blockchain and banking protocols; integrate with banks and fintech; own system design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting; ensure reliability, code quality, and strong test coverage while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Lead payments-focused data science work: build foundational datasets, metrics, and scalable analytics; analyze customer and transaction behavior (including onchain data); conduct strategic analyses to identify product and revenue opportunities; build reporting, dashboards, and automation; and influence product and business strategy through data storytelling to senior stakeholders.

Designs, builds, and operates secure, highly available Kubernetes platforms and cloud infrastructure. Develops Terraform modules, backend services, automation, and CI/CD workflows while improving reliability, scalability, observability, security, and cost efficiency. Partners with engineering and product teams on distributed systems, leads incident response and postmortems, establishes SLOs and disaster-recovery practices, and mentors team members.

Design, build, and own scalable microservices and secure APIs that transfer value across blockchain and banking protocols. Extend in-house blockchain infrastructure, integrate with banks and cloud services, troubleshoot production issues, document system and testing procedures, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable payment experiences.

Lead long-term technical direction and architecture for Circle's core platform. Drive cross-team initiatives, mentor senior engineers, improve observability, reliability, and performance, and address platform-wide technical debt while influencing engineering standards and developer experience across the company.

Leads Circle’s third-party security program by conducting complex partner and vendor assessments, evaluating technical controls, identifying risks, and communicating recommendations. Builds AI-enabled tooling, automation, monitoring, scoring, and intelligence-driven workflows to modernize security reviews and support continuous risk management. Partners with Security Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business teams to embed security requirements into third-party onboarding and oversight.

Lead Circle's market development and growth in Brazil as the senior local leader. Drive USDC adoption across exchanges, banks, fintechs, payments, and institutional flows while coordinating regulatory, commercial, and cross-functional execution to convert pipeline into measurable volume and market share.

Lead technical design, integrations, cloud architecture, development, support, and implementation for Oracle Cloud Finance systems. Manage OIC integrations, OCI solutions, developer and external consultant oversight, and produce technical documentation and runbooks.

Support daily fund operations for Circle’s tokenized money market fund, including liquidity and portfolio management, NAV and token-price validation, trade settlement, subscriptions and redemptions, token transactions, reconciliations, risk monitoring, and controls. Coordinate with administrators, custodians, investment managers, banks, and internal stakeholders. Contribute to reporting, documentation, audit and regulatory requests, process automation, business continuity, and new Treasury initiatives.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Circle’s core payments engine, including payment creation, routing, processing, settlement, APIs, protocols, observability, and operational tooling. Improve reliability, latency, success rates, scalability, and efficiency across global payment networks. Lead complex cross-functional decisions involving Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Business Development, and commercial teams while expanding corridors, rails, use cases, and partner capabilities. Establish product frameworks and metrics, mentor product managers, and serve as the payment infrastructure subject matter expert.

Manages Circle Payments Network’s 24/7 payment operations, including shift coverage, live queue performance, escalations, investigations, SLA metrics, quality control, analyst training, SOPs, and process improvements. The role leads operations analysts, handles complex cross-border payment issues, coordinates escalations with Engineering, Product, and partners, and owns operational reporting and documentation.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex currency, treasury, payments, digital asset, and blockchain-enabled experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to identify customer needs, define solutions, influence product strategy, and deliver scalable designs. Use research, data, and systems thinking to balance customer, business, and technical needs. Strengthen design systems, elevate design quality, provide critique, and mentor other designers.

Leads Circle’s public policy, regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, market expansion, and licensing efforts across Latin America. Partners with legal, compliance, commercial, product, finance, and communications teams to reduce regulatory friction and support growth. Tracks global policy and market acceptance of digital currencies, blockchain payments, and crypto-assets while managing strategic engagements, consultation responses, coalitions, and a global policy team.

Lead regional growth strategy for USDC by building partnerships with exchanges and OTC desks, delivering regionally compliant product initiatives, and creating AI-driven, automated growth platforms. Own experimentation frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to scale liquidity, adoption, and measurable share shift versus competing stablecoins through cross-functional execution and data-driven prioritization.

Own month-end and quarter-end accounting for operating costs, payroll, equity compensation, fixed and intangible assets, leases, and cash transactions. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, SEC disclosures, and supporting schedules. Analyze datasets and financial statement movements, maintain SOX and ICFR controls, support audits and compliance, and improve accounting processes through AI and automation.
