Leads and scales Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams across a distributed technical services organization. Establishes shared operating standards, capacity planning, quality controls, SLAs, escalation processes, reporting, and governance. Oversees technical delivery outcomes, resource allocation, architecture quality, support coverage, hiring plans, onboarding, and partner collaboration. Partners with Enablement, Sales, Project Managers, and SI/GSI organizations to improve delivery predictability, utilization, client satisfaction, and technical excellence.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling across revenue, headcount, expenses, and cash flow. Maintains integrations and reporting structures in Cube and NetSuite, coordinates with Accounting during monthly close, and analyzes SaaS metrics, collections, vendor spend, and profitability. Provides actionable insights, improves FP&A processes and reporting automation, and supports strategic business decisions.

Provide Level 2 technical support for the TrakSYS platform, troubleshoot applications, respond to incidents, support upgrades and testing, document issues and knowledge base articles, and participate in rotating on-call and extended shifts.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Parsec, you'll drive revenue growth in Nordic manufacturing by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. You'll manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build relationships, and position Parsec's MOM solutions for Industry 4.0 initiatives.

As Director of Sales, you will lead and develop the Enterprise Account Executives team, drive ARR growth, and enhance sales execution. You'll create territory plans, coach sellers on enterprise sales, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer success and pipeline creation.

Generate qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Research accounts, engage executives, schedule meetings for AEs, support ABM and events, maintain CRM activity, collaborate with marketing, sales, partners, and report on pipeline and outreach performance.

Develop and execute integrated, data-driven growth marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition. Conduct market research and audience segmentation, create multi-channel content and promotions, support product launches and GTM messaging, use CRM and automation to run campaigns, measure KPIs and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize marketing performance.

Lead delivery of TrakSYS MES projects across discovery, design, build, test, cutover and go-live. Manage 3–4 concurrent projects, govern plans/RAIDD/finances/changes, coordinate technical teams, oversee SIT/UAT, and drive cutover, stabilization and transition to support.
