Knowledge and ideas should be shared.

“

We can learn more from each other when information is open. A free exchange of ideas is critical to creating an environment where people are allowed to learn and use existing information toward creating new ideas.

In a meritocracy, the best ideas win, and everyone has access to the same information. Communities are formed to create beyond the capabilities of any one individual. It multiplies effort and shares the work. Together, we can do more.

Resources and assets should be shared.

We spend countless hours—ultimately lifetimes—assessing, filtering, and collecting what we consider to be our own unique 'tools of the trade'—diagrams, books, videos, and anything else to assist in the consuming task of 'mastering our craft.'

I want to ensure that any high-value resource I collect or painstakingly create or add to is made available to anyone in the developer community who might benefit from it. Period.

To the superheroes who have already stopped by, THANK YOU!! As with any digital undertaking, this site is a work in progress—you have my apologies in advance if you're looking for something I haven't yet posted.

I'll continue to add content as well as resources people frequently ask me for, as time permits. In the meantime, thank you for both your patience as the site is rolled out more comprehensively, and for your commitment to discovering and mastering all the tools you'll need as a developer—to change the world.
