Chocolate-Dipped Crunchy Peanut Butter Banana Ice Pops
Ingredients:For the Ice Pops:2 ripe bananas¾ cup JUSTIN'S® Crunchy Peanut Butter½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)¼ cup milk of choice2 tbsp honey or maple syrup1 tsp vanilla extractPinch of saltFor the coating:1 cup dark chocolate chips1 tbsp coconut oil½ cup chopped roasted peanutsInstructions:Blend bananas, JUSTIN'S® Crunchy Peanut Butter, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.Dip frozen popsicles into cooled melted chocolate, then sprinkle or roll in chopped peanuts.Place on a parchment-lined tray and return to the freezer for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
