Ambiguity art

This illustration is abstract and uses rectilinear shapes which gives structure yet still uses curvilinear shapes when necessary. One key feature of this illustration is its use of positive and negative ambiguity. We are not meant to look at positive space and assume its the object but instead both spaces are equally important. The person and the hands are chaotic and are equally as important regardless of whether they are positive or negative spaces.
