Ingredients:
2 pears
Gorgonzola cheese (1 teaspoon per pear half)
Thyme-infused butter
Crushed walnuts
Honey

Instructions:
Cut the pears in half and remove the core. Place 1 teaspoon of Gorgonzola cheese on each pear half. Spread thyme-infused butter over each pear.
Bake the pears at 365°F (185°C) for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with crushed walnuts and a drizzle of honey before serving.
