Made by painting @potclays wax emulsion over the surface of the pot before dipping them in a bucket of Blue glaze. Pinched Pottery on Instagram: "Slab built 3oz espresso cups in chocolate/sage. Made with dark brown mid fire stoneware clay and glazed with mid fire matte green glaze. -Slabs are rolled 1/4” thick and left to slow dry for a couple days fully covered in plastic until they are firm enough to handle without losing shape. I test it by forming a cylinder, if it holds the shape good to go and if it sags or loses its form I wait longer. -The white powder I’m using is corn starch. It prevents the wet clay from sticking to the table/ banding wheel.
