I helped my sister make these costumes for a dance recital. we had plastic pool donuts on the inside of them as well as crinlin so that they were puffed out and round. They were quite cute.

The sea anemone was made by folding long balloons in half and using other balloos to tie them to a laundry basket with the bottom cut out. Star fish was cut out of cardboard, covered in stuffing and then fabric. It was warn like a necklace with a ribbon tied theough the cardboard
