1️⃣ 10-min Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
8.8 oz udon noodles (250g)
1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon gochujang Korean chili paste
1/3 cup finely chopped spring onions plus extra for garnish
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame seeds plus extra for garnish
1 tablespoon chili flakes
Small piece of ginger grated (about 1 teaspoon)
1 garlic clove grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 lime Juice of lime
1 tablespoon sugar optional, but recommended

Cook & prep time should be no more than 20 minutes. 

Serves 2 

Ingredients:
6-7 oz noodles (I used rice noodles but you can use any noodles) 
4 tbsp neutral oil (I used peanut oil) 
½ tbsp Chili flakes
3 cloves Garlic minced 
1 shallot minced 
1 ½  tbsp Dark soy sauce (regular is fine) 
½ tbsp Gochujang (optional) 
1 tsp rice vinegar 
2 tsp brown sugar 
4 scallions chopped 
1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds (optional) 
1 tbsp chili oil crisp (optional) 

How to:
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. I like to do this while doing the following steps so everything is finished around the same time. 

In a wok or pan, heat the oil. Once hot add in the chili flakes, garlic and shallots and Garlic Chili Oil Noodles, Chili Oil Noodles, Garlic Chili Oil, Oil Noodles, Dark Soy Sauce, Garlic Noodles, Food At Home, Spicy Noodles, Garlic Butter Chicken
