Welcome to Workshop Wednesday!! Today's projects feature the Perched in a Tree Bundle and the Mini Pocket Envelope Dies. If you missed the live presentation, you can catch the replay below. I paired the Aspen Tree Die with Deckled Rectangle Die to create a background for the beautiful water colored bird. The image is stamped with Versamark on Shimmery White cardstock and heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder. Next, I water colored the image using a Water Painter and Balmy Blue Ink. The…

This card was inspired by a painting by Michel LeRoux. I inked the trees with a marker intentionally missing parts. Then I stamped the leaves just about everywhere in several different colours. LOTS to show today, lots to show! It's the day before Christmas, and I'm cramming in the last Christmas cards of 2013. Up first, one for hubby: I gold-embossed a beautiful word tree from O Christmas Tree (JustRite) and gave it a tree-topper made of twine and a pearl. Hubby knows to expect pearls and some feminine touches on the cards I give him.
