It took them a while to convince them that there were no fish eyes in the salad and now they love this treat. They even request it by asking for the Fish Eye Salad--hence the name! Prep time does not include the overnight soaking of the tapioca

Orange Tapioca Salad 2 boxes orange jello 2 boxes tapioca pudding 3 c water (juice from fruit plus water to make 3 c) 1 20 oz drained crushed pineapple 1 11 oz drained mandarin oranges 1 8-12 oz thawed cool whip Cook pudding and liquid on med heat, to boiling point (stir frequently) add jello; cool completely!
