Add Curves and decrease the intensity of black and white shadows. 📎Add new white solid and convert it to a smart object. Go to Filter Gallery and select a Halftone pattern. Pick the pattern type you want, set the contrast to 0 and the size to 7-8. Set the blending mode to multiply. 📎Now, add Threshold and drag the slider to the left till the image is bleached. Go back to Levels and drag the middle slider to the right to balance the image back. 📎Add a gradient map to increase pattern contrast and convert all of the layers to a smart object.
