Our Work: Split Level Suite | Melton Design Build
In Boulder's Table Mesa, we revamped a 1966 home for a couple needing more space. The new addition blends two levels with a modern exterior and vaulted bedroom. One House Two ways
We show this house in a beautiful white color palette with wooden and black accents, In the first color option we replaced the windows and updated the entry with a modern awning and with a single glass door.We added metal railing to the stairway and went with modern light fixtures.In the second option we show the house in a darker color palette with white trim that also goes well with the new updates.We replaced the front door,changed the light fixtures and added new landscape by the stairway.
